The current restrictions on the use of U.S.-provided long-range weapons are both unreasonable and detrimental. These limitations are particularly troubling given that Russia is receiving
unrestricted supplies of ballistic missiles and other weaponry from Iran, North Korea, and potentially other nations. Such constraints on Ukraine’s defensive capabilities have led to
missed opportunities on the battlefield and dramatic increase in casualties among both civilians and military personnel.
We urge you to contact the White House and demand the immediate removal of all restrictions on the use of U.S.-provided weapons. Also Ukraine is running low on long-range munitions,
making it crucial to not only lift these restrictions but also ensure a sufficient supply of AGM-158 JASSM and ATACMS. This action is vital for Ukraine’s continued defense and effectiveness
in the face of ongoing aggression.

The Biden Administration has $8.8 billion remaining in the Presidential Drawdown Authority (PDA), the primary mechanism for military aid to Ukraine, accounting for approximately 77% of all aid provided. However, the Pentagon reported on November 19th that $7.1 billion remained, and after a recent package of $275 million was announced, the total now stands at $6.8 billion. This creates a $2 billion discrepancy compared to the calculated $8.8 billion, likely due to unaccounted Department of Defense (DoD) accounting errors.

The total PDA available for 2024 consists of $4.2 billion carried over from 2023, $7.8 billion added by Congress in April, and $1.9 billion identified as overvaluation in prior aid packages. These overvaluations were confirmed to remain available for Ukraine. Total aid delivered in 2024 is $5.2 billion across 16 PDA packages. Subtracting this from the $14 billion available leaves the calculated $8.8 billion. The $2 billion difference could reflect unaddressed accounting errors by the DoD. Further mitigation strategies are to be explored in upcoming discussions.

“If President Donald Trump wants to get a peace deal that preserves American interests, he should focus on gaining leverage over Russia. This will require not only tougher economic sanctions but also continued military support for Ukraine.”

The only kind of peace possible with Russia is Peace Through Strength. All Ukraine supporters here in the US must stay laser focused on delivering this message to the White House and Congress.

Dear President Trump,
This night, Russia launched a record 267 deadly drones at Ukraine, targeting civilians and critical infrastructure. This demonstrates that avoiding calling Russia an aggressor does not change the fact that it is one. No one should trust Putin's words. Look at his actions instead.

There be no Peace through Strength without Strength. I urge you to provide Ukraine with weapons!

Thanks!
