Whoever is struggling with hardships, know that it will pass quickly, and ease after hardship is a promise from Allah, as He mentioned in the Qur’an.
“Indeed, with hardship comes ease. Indeed, with hardship comes ease.
[Qur’an 94:5–6]
Be patient, trust Allah, and continue turning to Him. Hardship does not last forever, and ease will come. What you are going through will pass, and Allah’s promise is true.

Ibn al-Jawzi addressed a common doubt in one of his works by writing:
[فإذا جاء إبليس؛ فقال: كَم تدعوهُ ولا ترى إجابة!؛ فقُل: أنا أتعبّدُ بالدُّعاء.ـ]
When Iblis comes and says,
"How many times have you made du'a to Him without seeing a response?!"
then say, "When I make du'a I am in fact engaged in an act of worship!"
[Sayd al-Khatir pg 222]

Allah commands in both surah Luqman and surah Fatir:
[فَلَا تَغُرَّنَّكُمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا]
"So do not let this worldly life deceive you."
al-Hasan al-Basri said, "Who said this? It is the Creator of this worldly life, + He is the One who is most knowledgeable of it."

Allah says in surah Ghafir [40]:
[وَقَالَ رَبُّكُمُ ادْعُونِي أَسْتَجِبْ لَكُمْ]
And your Lord said, "Call on Me, I will respond to you." [60]
Ibn Jurayj said: 'Ataa' once told me:
Tawus al-Yamani once came to me with the following carefully chosen words. He said, "'Ataa beware of trying to fulfill your needs from those who shut their door in your face +draw the curtains closed. What you should do is go to One whose door remains open to you until the Day of Resurrection. He has instructed you to ask Him + promised you that He will respond"

O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice, witnesses for Allah, even if it be against yourselves or parents and relatives. Whether one is rich or poor, Allah is more worthy of both. So follow not personal inclination, lest you not be just. And if you distort your testimony or refuse to give it, then indeed Allah is ever, of what you do, Aware.

A Sheikh once asked a very deep question💔
“If you were to die today, which of your close friends would remind you to say your Shahadah?”
Think about it.
If you had to struggle to name someone, perhaps you need to reconsider your circle.
The Prophet ﷺ said: “A person is upon the religion of his close friend, so let each of you look at whom he befriends.”
May Allah bless us with friends who remind us of Him, bring us closer to Him, and hold our hands towards Jannah. Ameen.❤️
