The best way out to prepare for the exam is to attempt a practice MCQ and try to solve with your existing clinical knowledge. Then grab your theory book and read the same topic, try to memorize the key features like the best initial diagnostic test/ initial management, most common symptoms, etc. You need to focus more on these words "initial, best, next step, most accurate".
