I believe since we now have a ledger and open source their will be a direction of leading the system into fairness.

I believe Neo got RESURRECTED to the matrix world because everything is a loop. But since he defeated the system and infuse his body with it. He basically created a newer system. Also in that new matrix world Neo gave the people choice/ newer devices you see in the matrix such as touch screen phones, pc, etc.
