안녕하세요 스탯입니다.

스탯이 백서 4.0버전을 공개했습니다. 4.0 백서에서는 기존 소셜트레이딩 서비스 운영 노하우를 기반으로 전세계 가상자산 투자자들과 재단을 위한 모든 스탯(통계) 데이터를 제공하는 플랫폼으로 확장하기 위한 비전이 담겼습니다.

소셜트레이딩 산업 노하우와 오프체인(Off-chain) 데이터를 바탕으로 소셜 트레이딩 서비스의 문제 해결을 넘어 가상자산 시장 내 정보의 신뢰성 문제까지 해결하겠다는 것이 요지입니다.

기존에 공개한 로드맵 일정에 따라 출시된 스탯 락업(STAT Lock-up), 스탯 AI 리포트, 스탯 정보봇, 스탯 라이브 프로덕트에 대한 세부 정보도 업데이트 됐습니다.

또 기존 3분기 출시 예정이었던 AI리포트 기능이 2분기 말 조기 출시됨에 따라 3분기에는 '파트너사 재단 멤버십 개발 및 지원, 온보딩 프로세스 준비'라는 목표가 추가됐습니다.

기존에 4분기에는 주식투자자를 위한 STAT LIVE를 출시할 예정이었지만, '토큰 가치 증대를 최우선 한다'는 기조에 따라 우선순위를 변동하여 '커뮤니티 기능 출시·커뮤니티 데이터 활용한 AI 리포트 고도화' 항목으로 대체됐습니다. 기존 4분기 로드맵이었던 '글로벌 서비스 확대'는 예정대로 4분기에 진행합니다.

이번 백서에서는 STAT 토큰 홀더를 위한 정보도 더욱 강화했습니다. 기존에도 스탯은 공시 사이트를 통해 투자자에게 토큰 락업 해제 스케쥴을 매년 투명하게 공개해왔지만, 이번에는 백서에 전체 토큰 락업 해제 일정을 일 단위로 공개하고, 그에 파생되는 부수적인 정보들도 모두 투명하게 공개했습니다.

We are thrilled to announce that STAT has secured investment from Hashed, Asia’s largest blockchain venture capital (VC), and Presto, a leading algorithmic trading and financial services company.

With this investment, STAT aims to enhance the quality of its services and significantly expand collaborations with global virtual asset foundations and institutional investors through its partnership with Bloomingbit.

Last month, STAT, in collaboration with Hankyung Media Group’s blockchain subsidiary Bloomingbit, officially launched the Enterprise Membership, offering a range of services tailored for institutional investors. We are excited to unveil STAT's 2025 roadmap.

This year, STAT has started its transformation beyond being a social trading platform. Leveraging accumulated data and expertise, we are expanding into a comprehensive platform that provides 'STAT (statistical) data' for global crypto investors and foundations.

📣 STAT Chain Migration & STE Service Launch Delay Notice 📣

Hello, this is STAT.

As we prepare for the launch of our new service, "Share-To-Earn (STE)", internal discussions around the L2 bridge integration due to high Ethereum (ERC20) gas fees caused delays in our official notice. We sincerely apologize for this.

After thorough internal discussions, the STAT team has decided to migrate to a different mainnet instead of opening an L2 bridge. The STE service will be launched following this chain migration.

We aim to complete both the chain migration and the STE service launch within Q2.

Currently, we are in discussions with three mainnet candidates regarding investment and grant opportunities. Once a decision is made, we will promptly announce and proceed with execution.

Additionally, the full amount of investment and grants received through this migration will be used for STAT token buybacks.

We apologize once again for the delay in service launch. We kindly ask for your understanding, as this decision was made to ensure stable and seamless service.

안녕하세요 스탯입니다.

현재 신규 서비스인 쉐어 투 언(STE)의 출시를 앞두고, 이더리움(ERC20) 특유의 수수료 문제로 인한 L2브릿지 오픈 과정에서 내부 논의가 늘어지며 공지가 늦어졌습니다.
이 점 다시한번 죄송하다는 말씀을 드립니다.

스탯 팀은 내부 의논 결과 최종적으로 L2브릿지 오픈이 아닌, 다른 메인넷으로 체인을 이전한 후 STE서비스를 출시하기로 결정하였습니다.

이에 2분기 내 스탯 토큰의 체인 이전 진행과 함께 신규 서비스(STE)출시를 동시에 진행할 예정입니다.

스탯 체인 이전의 경우 현재 후보군 3개 사를 놓고 투자 및 그랜트 조율 등을 진행하고 있습니다.
메인넷 이전 결정이 되는 대로 빠르게 공지 후 집행할 수 있도록 하겠습니다.

또한 이번 체인 이전을 통해 투자 및 그랜트를 수여 받는 전액은 스탯 토큰의 바이백에 사용할 예정입니다.

[중요]바이비트(Bybit)의 STAT 거래 종료에 대한 입장 및 대응 현황 안내

안녕하세요, 스탯팀입니다.

우선 바이비트(Bybit)의 스탯(STAT)토큰 거래 지원 종료로 인해 홀더 및 커뮤니티 여러분들께 심려를 끼쳐드려 죄송하다는 말씀을 드립니다.

이에 대한 스탯 팀의 입장 및 대응 현황에 대해 설명 드리겠습니다.

[스탯팀의 입장]
바이비트에서는 스탯팀의 거래 퍼포먼스 부족 등을 사유로 즉시 상장 폐지를 발표하였습니다.

이에 대해 스탯팀은 (1)현재 바이빗 토큰 관리 규칙(https://www.bybit.com/en/help-center/article/Bybit-Token-Management-Rules) 에서 요구하는 최소한의 정량적인 퍼포먼스를 만족하고 있다는 점
(2)설립자 및 팀원, 주요 파트너사들이 상당수 한국 국적이기 때문에 속인주의를 적용하는 한국 법 특성상 재단이 MM등을 활용해 인위적으로 거래량 등을 띄우는 것은 엄격하게 금지되어 있다는 점 (3)이로 인해 거래 퍼포먼스의 인위적 향상에 제약이 있다는 점을 해명했습니다.

또한 (4)이벤트 및 마케팅 예산 지원 등의 제안을 드린 바 있으며 (5)2분기 내 체인스왑 직후 월간 활성화 사용자(MAU) 60만명 가량의 블루밍비트 위에서 출시되는 쉐어투언(STE)서비스에 대한 로드맵 등을 공유 하여 2분기 내로 비약적인 거래 퍼포먼스의 자연 증가가 예상된다는 점 등을 설명하였습니다.

다만 이같은 스탯팀의 해명에도 불구하고 바이비트 측에선 결정을 되돌릴 수 없다고 통보하였으며, 갑작스럽게 거래지원 종료 소식을 전달받게 되어 당황스럽고 황망한 심정입니다. 무엇보다 이와 관련해 가장 큰 충격을 받으셨을 홀더 및 커뮤니티 커뮤니티 여러분들께 다시 한번 고개숙여 사죄의 말씀을 드립니다.

[바이비트 거래 종료 대응 현황]
스탯팀은 바이빗의 거래 종료 발표 이후 즉시 비상 경영 체제로 전환하여 최대한 빠르게 바이비트 거래 종료 영향으로부터 벗어나기 위해 최선의 노력을 하고 있습니다.

1. 다수 해외 거래소와 신속한 상장 논의
바이비트 외 다수 해외 거래소와 상장 논의를 진행중에 있으며, 빠른 시일 내로 해외에서도 충분한 유동성이 있는 거래소에서의 스탯 토큰의 거래 지원이 순차적으로 이뤄질 수 있도록 하여 바이비트 거래지원 종료의 영향력을 최소화 하고 빠르게 유동성을 확보하겠습니다.

2. 바이백
스탯은 STE이후 로드맵에 대한 청사진을 인정받아 최근 대형 투자사 두 곳으로부터 투자 유치를 마무리 한 바 있으며(https://bloomingbit.io/feed/news/79286), 현재 다른 대형 기관 두 곳과 추가로 투자를 논의 중에 있습니다. 이같은 투자금의 과반(50%)이상을 바이백에 우선적으로 투입하여 바이비트 거래지원종료로 인한 영향권에서 벗어나 토큰 가치 제고가 빠르게 이뤄지도 록 노력하겠습니다.

3. 아부다비 이전 및 구조 변경
법적, 규제적 한계 등을 해결하기 위해 본사 및 운영사를 전략적으로 분리 또는 통합하여 아랍에미리트(UAE)의 아부다비 등으로 이전할 계획입니다. 현재 아부다비 법인 설립 절차를 진행 중에 있으며 빠른 시일 내로 이전 후 법적, 규제적 한계를 벗어나 성과를 낼 수 있도록 하겠습니다.

4.체인 이전 및 STE서비스 오픈 준비, 파트너사 확대
현재 체인 이전 준비가 완료 되었으며, 바이비트를 제외한 타 거래소의 일정이 확정 되는대로 체인 이전을 발표하고 이전 작업 진행 및 STE서비스 오픈을 단행할 예정입니다. 또한 파트너사 확대 작업은 바이비트의 거래 지원 종료와 무관하게 순항 하고 있습니다. 스탯 토큰의 가치 제고를 위해 최선을 다 하겠습니다.

[Important Notice] Statement and Response Regarding Bybit’s Termination of STAT Token Trading

Dear STAT holders and community members,

This is the STAT Team.

First and foremost, we would like to sincerely apologize for the concern caused by Bybit’s decision to terminate support for trading the STAT token.

We would like to share our position and outline the actions we are taking in response to this situation.

[STAT Team’s Position]
Bybit has informed us that they have decided to delist the STAT token immediately due to what they perceived as insufficient trading performance.

In response, the STAT team has clarified the following:

STAT currently meets the minimum quantitative performance requirements stipulated in Bybit’s Token Management Rules (https://www.bybit.com/en/help-center/article/Bybit-Token-Management-Rules).

Due to the nationality of the founders, team members, and major partners—many of whom are Korean—Korean law, which follows the principle of jus sanguinis (nationality-based jurisdiction), strictly prohibits artificial trading volume via market-making activities.

As such, there are significant legal constraints on artificially enhancing trading performance.

We also proposed various measures including:
4. Offering support for marketing and event budgets.
5. Sharing the Q2 roadmap involving the launch of our “Share-to-Earn (STE)” service on Bloomingbit, which has over 600,000 monthly active users. This initiative is expected to naturally drive substantial increases in trading activity.

Despite these efforts, Bybit informed us that their decision is final. We were deeply disheartened to receive such an abrupt notice of termination. Most of all, we sincerely apologize again to our holders and community members who have been affected and understandably shocked by this announcement.

[STAT Team's Response Measures]

Following Bybit’s notice, we have immediately shifted to an emergency management mode and are doing our utmost to mitigate the impact of the trading suspension as quickly as possible.

1. Fast-track Listing Discussions with Other Global Exchanges
We are actively engaged in listing discussions with multiple international exchanges outside of Bybit. Our priority is to secure new listings with strong liquidity as soon as possible to minimize the impact and restore stable trading opportunities for STAT holders.

2. Buyback Program
STAT recently secured investments from two major global firms(https://bloomingbit.io/feed/news/79286) based on the roadmap following the STE launch, and we are in ongoing discussions with two additional institutions. We plan to allocate more than 50% of these funds toward a buyback program to support the token price and recover from the fallout of the delisting.

3. Relocation and Structural Reform
To address legal and regulatory constraints, we are planning to restructure and relocate our headquarters and operating entity to Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are currently in the process of establishing a legal entity in Abu Dhabi and aim to quickly move forward with operational changes that will allow us to deliver stronger performance under a more favorable regulatory environment.

4. Chain Migration, STE Launch, and Partner Expansion
Our preparations for the upcoming chain migration are complete. Once listing schedules on other exchanges are finalized, we will proceed with the migration and the official launch of the STE service. Meanwhile, partnership expansion efforts are progressing steadily, independent of the Bybit delisting. We remain fully committed to enhancing the long-term value of the STAT token.

To our holders and community who have supported us with trust and belief in STAT’s potential, we sincerely apologize once again. We have been preparing extensively for this year, and it is incredibly painful to face this situation just before delivering on our roadmap. Nevertheless, we will act swiftly to stabilize the situation and fulfill our promise to make this year one of the strongest yet in terms of token performance and value growth.

As the name suggests, STE is a system where users can share investment-related content and earn rewards in return.

To connect these needs, STAT is introducing the STE service, powered by the STAT token.
