βAnother thing people donβt know is there was a federal district court judge in New Jersey in the mid-1980s who signed a consent decree that said Republicans could not be poll watchers. So Republicans were not allowed to be poll watchers on these national elections from the mid-80s until 2020.
And what end up happening was, judge died and the Democrats, the DNC, they had to go get that injunction renewed every five to eight years, something like that.
And then that judge died and an Obama judge replaced him and they went back to that judge and said, we want that consent decree in place and we want to stop Republicans from being poll watchers and being involved in that process.
And he said, the hell are you talking about? This is so 100% unconstitutional. And he didn't extend that consent decree. He declined to renew that injunction.
