My grandparents are in there late 80s and have eaten like the above their whole lives. Kinda shit on all things plant based. You'll rarely find a long term plant based eater the body starts to crave what it needs. Plants don't contain enough:
- Vitamin K2
- Vitamin B12
- Creatine
- Riboflavin & Folate
- Cholesterol
- Zinc
- Copper
- Bioavailable protein
- Carnitine
