Brings back the nostalgic Android P look ❤️ while also helping devices with limited status bar space..

While work on @ProjectInfinityX v4.0 (Android 17) is underway, here are some additional changes made for our version 3.12 (Android 16).

- Fix pulse visualizer displaying over lockscreen bottom elements but only when ambient pulse disabled

- Update Dialer app icon and fix icon background in light theme (author: Waze)
- Force Dialer app name to be "Phone" instead of "Telephone" in British english variants (India/GB/Australia)
- Allow opening power menu when screen is off (author: kdrag0n)
- Fix systemui crashing on devices without VoLTE
- Add optional customization for statusbar clock (Bold text, period instead of a colon) (author: neobuddy89)

Implemented iOS style Dynamic Island on @ProjectInfinityX v3.12 Release.

- Shows playing media
- Shows realtime lyrics for playing music
- Shows ongoing activities such as downloading
- Displays ongoing calls
- Screen recording, Flashlight, Live scores

✨ Interactive Animations throughout the Island
📏 Controllable Island length based on your preference and available space

This is currently an initial implementation and more events are expected to be added in future.. The base Dynamic Island / Music Ticker implementation is from @grepfox which has been heavily revamped and re-worked by me.. So huge thanks to him for the base impl.
