Чтение статей — один из лучших способов прокачать язык! Ты не только узнаешь новые слова в контексте, но и видишь, как строятся живые предложения. Главное — не переводить всё подряд, а читать с умом.
📌 1. Правильный выбор статьи (Выбор — это важно!)
🔥 Интересы: Начинай с тем, которые тебе ИНТЕРЕСНЫ на русском: технологии, игры, спорт, путешествия, мода, наука.
📊 Уровень: Статья должна быть немного сложнее твоего уровня. Если непонятно больше 40% текста — найди полегче.
🧠 2. Стратегия чтения: Три шага (Не переводи всё!)
Шаг 1: Просмотр (Skimming) — 5 минут 👀
Прочитай заголовок, подзаголовки, выделенные фразы (жирный шрифт), первый и последний абзацы.
Цель: Понять ОСНОВНУЮ идею статьи. Ответь про себя: О чём это?
Не переводи! Старайся уловить суть.
Шаг 2: Активное чтение (Active Reading) — 15-20 минут ✍️
Читай абзац за абзацем.
Выписывай НЕ все слова, а только:
Ключевые слова по теме статьи.
Слова, которые мешают понять смысл предложения.
Полезные фразы и конструкции, которые хочешь использовать сам.
Сразу старайся догадаться о значении слова из контекста (окружающих слов и общей темы).
Шаг 3: Анализ и закрепление — 10 минут 🎯
Вернись к выписанным словам. Посмотри их значение в англо-английском словаре (см. ниже).
Сделай короткие карточки или запиши в тетрадь слово + пример из статьи.

❓ What is "Halal"?
It is not just a stamp. It is a strict religious code of Islamic dietary laws. For a product to be considered Halal, it must be specially prepared according to Islamic ritual.
🕌 The Key Ritual: What is Uttered?
For food to become "Halal," a Muslim invocation to God must mandatorily be recited during the animal slaughter or production process. The producer or slaughterer must say:
❗️ This is not optional; it is a compulsory condition. Without this step, the product cannot be considered Halal.
💡 What Does This Mean for the Consumer?
By purchasing a product with a "Halal" label, you are buying an item over which a Muslim prayer was recited, dedicating it to Allah. Consequently, the key stages of production are controlled and carried out exclusively by Muslims.
⚖️ What About a Secular State?
The Russian Federation is a secular state. The government's role concerning religious norms should be limited to protecting consumer rights and ensuring neutrality, not promoting one religion. However, in practice, we are witnessing special preferences and active growth for businesses operating under these religious standards, which raises questions about equality.
☦️ A Christian Perspective
For Christians, who make up approximately 70% of the country's population according to 2024 polls (and only 6-7% muslims), consuming food blessed by the prayer of another faith is unacceptable from a religious standpoint.
In a secular country, which we claim to be, such a practice should not be imposed in the public sphere.
💁♀️ A Personal Choice
I have made my decision: I have stopped❌ buying products from brands that participate in this islamization and thereby contribute to promoting foreign religious norms in our country.
I believe it is important to vote with our rubles for neutrality and traditional values.
