Q: How do I win back affiliates who stopped sending traffic?

Segment by why they went quiet before you message anyone. A partner who sent one sale and vanished needs a different nudge than one who did $5k/month then dropped to zero. Blasting both with the same 'we miss you' email wastes your best lead.

A reactivation playbook:

— Pull partners with traffic in the last 6-12 months but none in 60+ days. Those are warm.
— For former top earners, have the manager reach out personally: ask what changed, offer a temporary rate bump or new creatives.
— For one-and-done sign-ups, send a single concrete incentive (a starter bonus on the next sale) and move on.

Caveat: most dormant affiliates left because a competitor pays more, pays faster, or converts better. Fix that underlying gap or your reactivation campaign just reminds them you're worse. Win-back emails work on partners who had a good reason to leave you can now answer.
