Word is the fastest way to unmask a guest-post network isn't the links — it's the writers.
Outreach sellers reuse a tiny stable of fake author personas across dozens of sites. Find one suspicious guest post, grab the byline name, and search it. The same 'freelance marketing consultant' headshot turns up bylined on 40 unrelated blogs in six niches.
— Each of those 40 sites is a sellable placement in the same network.
— The author bio link (usually to a thin LinkedIn or empty Twitter) ties the cluster together.
Multiple profiles trace back this way — one persona, one network, one price sheet. Reverse-image the headshot and half of them are stock or AI-generated.
The links hide the network. The bylines expose it.

Дорогие коллеги и партнеры,
Наш маршрут конференций за последние недели, получился особенно насыщенным.
Со стендами PoshFriends мы побывали на MAC и GGate, а затем продолжили встречи уже в полях iGB Live в Лондоне.
В Ереване увиделись с любимыми SEO-командами, попробовали местные вина, обменялись новостями и зарядились энергией УБТ-команд.
В Тбилиси обсуждали тренды, новые связки и совместные планы, встречались с действующими партнерами и знакомились с новыми. А за настроение на стенде отвечала Черемша, которая чуть не стала маскотом одного из наших продуктов. С этой задачей, кажется, справилась лучше всех.
В Лондоне все было уже по-деловому. Провели серию встреч с топ-партнерами, обсудили Японию, бурж и новые точки роста. География интересов растет, планы становятся амбициознее. Воротники, как выяснилось, нагладили не зря.
Спасибо всем, с кем удалось увидеться на этом маршруте. За открытые разговоры, новые идеи, доверие и планы, которые постепенно превращаются в реальные проекты.
Конференционный сезон продолжается. Скоро увидимся снова.

— These farms recycle the same expired or auto-generated domains across hundreds of clients worldwide.
— Tell: the linking pages are auto-translated gibberish or duplicate-content scrapes with your anchor bolted in.
Nothing wrong with genuine international links — a real .de partner for a brand with German customers is gold. The signature here is irrelevance at scale: geography that matches no audience.
Spotted across budget-tier campaigns trying to pad domain counts fast.
