作者看到 @yihong 发表的《程序员跑步指南》博客后，也想以一名业余跑步爱好者的身份，写写最近这几年自己跑步的一些感悟

今年是作者跑步的第五个年头了，总跑量也有 5000km+ 了。不仅成功减重，也增加了免疫力、改善了心肺功能。作者喜欢晨跑，并制定了目标、通过自我激励不断达成目标。跑步设备真的没有必要花哨，一双合脚的鞋子、一个好用的记录软件足矣
👀 能够坚持长跑，可以看到作者高度的自制力。“明明这么痛苦，这么难过，为什么就是不能放弃跑步？因为全身细胞都在蠢蠢欲动，想要感受强风迎面吹拂的滋味。”，通过跑步减重、减负、释放压力，还能够结识有相同爱好的伙伴

This is particularly true of jobs that are less pleasant, and can be tackled more easily if the end of the job is clearly marked on a timer. Timeboxing is a great remedy against procrastination.

疫情之前，我就是在家学习不下去的状态。
“服务生效应”
服务生效应：人们对于尚未处理完的事情，比已处理完成的事情印象更加深刻。
它又被形象地称作 “服务生效应”：
服务生能记住客人的位置和点单内容，等到客人结账走后，他们就忘得一干二净，此时再让他们复述出账单明细，是不可能的了。
我们可以巧妙利用这一效应，让自己能更快地再次投入学习。
不知道你学习的时候有没有这个习惯，喜欢给自己设置一个完整的任务，比如下午要看一章书，学一节课。
也会在学习时产生这样的想法：
“还有 3 页这一章就学完了，等把这 3 页看完我就去吃饭。”
我劝你这个时候就打住！！！
根据 “服务生效应”，
人们天生有一种办事有始有终的驱动力，人们之所以会忘记已完成的工作，是因为欲完成的动机已经得到满足；
如果工作尚未完成，这同一动机便使他对此留下深刻印象，这些未完成的任务会引起你内心的焦虑，不断在大脑里催促你去完成它。
刻意给自己留下一点 “小尾巴”，这样你吃完饭之后，哪怕想休息，你也会时不时想起还有点“小尾巴” 没学完，会产生强烈的意向去完成这一收尾工作，然后...... 看着看着就进入学习状态了。
