You need to restart the UPI and keep your work account logged in while waiting; matching may resume after a while. You can often check the UPI transaction status and recent history yourself. If 10 consecutive matching attempts fail, the UPI might be locked for a period, meaning you must wait for the lockout to end before matching can resume. Another possibility is an issue with the counterparty's UPI preventing you from receiving funds, leading to 10 failed orders and a locked UPI. Issues with your own UPI setup can also prevent you from receiving payments, resulting in prolonged periods without matched orders.
