The Minister of Public Works has called for public comment on the controversial Draft Expropriation Bill published on Friday 21 December 2018.
This is not about a virus or vaccine, yet the time and energy we give to those two aspects is just remarkable not to mention a total waste of valuable time.

The bot is filling in the form with fake names and email addresses, and selecting "yes" to support mandatory vaccinations.
Its posted around 20,000 entries so far today – all from the same IP address.
