Add potential fix for under-screen fingerprint sensors on some Samsung devices
Add toggle to disable patching SMSC on Samsung devices (needed for some devices where SMS doesn't work without it) - thanks mytja
Add "disable LTO" fix patch to fix fix some fingerprint readers - thanks mytja
Remove MusicFX (causes problems with things like JamesDSP and ViperFX and adds very little)
