S25 series is powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy SoC worldwide (overclocked 4.47GHz) with Wi-Fi 7 & BT 5.4v support. They also gets Virtual Aperture on Expert RAW, Next Gen ProVisual Engine, 10-bit HDR video recording and LOG video output.
S25 Ultra v/s S24 Ultra:

• 40% (1.4X) Larger Vapor Chamber
• LPDDR5X Ultra RAM (9522MHz)
• Same UFS chip, but newer revision
• 50MP Ultrawide (Samsung JN3)

There is also ProScaler AI on S25 Ultra and S25+ which boosts image quality by 40%.
The S25+ and S25 now starts with 12GB RAM base & gets 15% larger vapor chamber.
Coming to the downgrade, Samsung has REMOVED Bluetooth functionality from the S-Pen on the S25 Ultra due to cost-cutting. Whole S25 series uses older 12nm Fast Connect 7800 Wi-Fi chip used in the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, instead of newer TSMC 6nm Fast Connect 7900 wifi module present on Snapdragon 8 Elite.

Unlike all previous S Pens found in every other Galaxy S Ultra phone, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra S Pen lacks Bluetooth connectivity. However, all other functions of the S-Pen will still continue to work except the air gestures & the ability to use the S Pen as a remote shutter button.
Samsung argues that the reason lies in the popularity of the feature. Fewer than 0.5% of users were taking advantage of the S Pen's Bluetooth functionality worldwide & thus they removed it to make the S-Pen a bit thinner and lighter.
Coming to the insider part, the reason seems to be entirely different. The introduction of the Qi2 "ready" technology brought challenges such as interference caused by magnets, increased heat generation, and lower-than-expected usage rates based on logs. However, Samsung was able to resolve the issue eventually but the cost was too high to justify. Thus, they simply cut off the feature.
Now, some Samsung fanboi has took to Change.org and started a petition titled "Demand Samsung Mobile to Reintroduce Bluetooth S Pen for Galaxy S26 Ultra."
But do petitions like these have any effect on brands?

A PVT unit (production validation test) prototype of Nothing Phone 3a/Plus has appeared. The camera module looks similar to the Pixel 7 Pro with a huge bump as visible on the security case. Phone 3a series alongside CMF Phone 2 will debut worldwide on March 4th.
