Merge new changes
- New Crowdin updates (#59)
- Revamped doc layout (#60 - Neebe3289)
- Merge oss-next changes (#61)
- Upload translators.json for RB compatibility
- Add cache for presets (it will decrease the boot time)
- Add threads for presets again (I assume it was required from beginning)
- Other fixes and improvements
- Add more Detectors (#62 - Yurii0307)
- Remove animations when it's disabled in system settings (#63 - stevenxxiu)
