Seems like an end of GrapheneOS because:
1. They still don't have access to the Android Partner access
2. Google has stopped releasing device trees for Google Pixels with the Android 16 stable release. Additionally, Hardware Google Graphics is also closed now.

Android used to be a playground for power users. Now it’s a locked-down joke. Unlock the bootloader and apps break, features vanish, and you're treated like malware. No one’s getting hacked because of this it’s just bad engineering and anti-user policy.
UX gets worse every year. Bloat, ads, broken updates and no way to fix it.
Rooting? Bootloader unlock? Penalized.
We’re not users just revenue streams trapped in locked hardware.
OEMs can’t ship working software, and they’ve stopped pretending to care.

apparently with some extra flags you could preview Material 3 on BP2A codebase

but I won't bother uploading another build with that, it's up to custom ROMs

Two critical flaws in SinoTrack GPS devices let attackers remotely track vehicles—and even cut off fuel remotely. No patch yet.
Default passwords and visible device IDs make hijacking shockingly easy

In May, we began preparing to port to Android 16 despite our most active senior developer responsible for leading OS development being unavailable (https://grapheneos.social/@GrapheneOS/114359660453627718). Android 16 launched today and porting is going to be significantly more difficult than we were expecting.

DNS is the internet’s weakest link — and attackers know it. Unsecured DNS can let hackers reroute traffic, steal data, or take your business offline in minutes.
The good news? Securing DNS with tools like DNSSEC and encrypted queries stops attacks before they start.
