I built after the patch topic was merged, but indeed I didn't check the resulting build, good catch.
As far as I understand from here, LOS upstream thought they were missing a patch, and thus shouldn't update the patch string just yet; however later it was pointed out that it's actually covered. The builds are effectively on January patches, just not reflected by the patch string (as it hasn't been updated).

You must first download the TrichromeChrome.apk and the TrichromeLibrary.apk, now comes the strange thing, if you want to install the TrichromeChrome.apk, then it will not be updated, but if you install the TrichromeLibrary.apk and then the TrichcromeChrome.apk, then it will be updated 🤷‍♂️
