In a recent webinar, I got into how AI can have real psychological effects. Over-reliance on AI can lead to what we call cognitive offloading, where people stop thinking critically and start leaning on AI for everything. It can even become a substitute for human connection, which is pretty concerning when you think about the emotional attachment some people form with AI. Have you seen this before??
