selinux: Cache SID lookups for domain checks (#3128)

Cache SELinux SIDs for su/zygote/init contexts at init time instead of
resolving them on every domain check. Reduces overhead from string-based
lookups to simple integer comparisons.

A16 QPR1 Android DataFix v1.2 released ‼️

What’s new:

• Improved automatic Android/data fix at boot
• Manual Action Button (fix new apps without reboot)
• Visual Action output (no silent runs)
• Permission repair for apps with media issues
• Clean & safe (no background services)

Notes:

- Most users don’t need to press Action, reboot is enough
- Action is optional if you don’t want to reboot
- If Action fixes an app, force stop & reopen the app once

📦 Flash via Magisk/KSU as usual

Also to make searching for KPMs easy and get required info also, I have created a repo. I hope everyone can find it useful.

Also I request everyone to submit PR with the required format. NoHello has been added as an example.
