I installed LibreWolf, not from the Software Mgr (Mint), but from here instead:

https://librewolf.net/installation/debian/

Yeah, the LW window opens to almost completely cover my screen. BUT, it turns out that changing the window's size also reduces the privacy protection.

Why does LibreWolf not remember my window size?
As mentioned in this FAQ this is part of RFP: the idea is to protect your actual window size by returning a rounded value.

Here's the referenced RFP page:

.
Question:
Have you chosen to resize your LW window?
You might want to look at TLP for managing the laptop battery.

The problem with TLP is incorrect configuration by the user. Doing your homework and attention to details is necessary.

I store all my passwords in a text file called "passwords" and if someone successfully gets access to that file then I'm going to kill myself

That's my security model

Android Auto 4 MicroG (for A11, A12, A13, A14, A15)
This is a Magisk module that provides an AA (Android Auto) stub as system app, optionally together with XLauncher Unlocked and stubs for Google TTS, Google Maps & Google Search. It is intended to be used on de-googled devices running MicroG!

If you instead prefer a non-root solution to be built into your own rom, please have a look at Android Auto as user app with media apps support
