De-Googled HIROH Phone with /e/OS Announced in the US
A new smartphone called HIROH Phone powered by de-googled /e/OS for ultimate privacy has been announced in the US. It features a kill switch buttons for privacy first, which will electronically disable camera and microphone and a second switch to kill off GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. No software can override this.
There's also a One-click "Privacy Lockdown Mode" for instant protection. Additionally, all data is encrypted by default. Remote wipe capabilities (in case of phone loss or theft) and secure boot ensure your information stays protected. Plus, HIROH prioritizes local storage and gives you complete control. Cloud backup is optional and always encrypted end-to-end. There is zero surveillance aka No behavioral tracking, no location harvesting, no digital fingerprinting.
