This is indeed a beta, and Cosmic still feels largely unfinished as of yet. Simple little unfinished bugs are still present but that's to be expected. It will be a great offering once it has fully completed. However it is not serviceable for a daily driver upgrade yet.

This has been there a while and isn't really new. Been noticing that my summary answers have a voice to them. Remember that Browser and Search Engine are two different things. Brave was always our middle of the road recommendation that balanced function and privacy. Browsers have suffered in variety either based on Chrome or Firefox. Vivaldi being the only real strong alternative.
If the AI is bothering you switching the search engine remains a viable option.

Vivo's OriginOS is finally coming Globally
Vivo EU and Vivo IN website -- https://www.vivo.com/eu/originos is officially live. Although the page still talks about FunTouchOS 15 only.
However, don't expect full OriginOS as in China to come to global units. It will be a watered down version like Xiaomi does it. In another words, to make users happy, Vivo is just renaming FunTouchOS to OriginOS to fool users.
They will simply add some features of OriginOS China which they also does in FunTouchOS anyways but you can expect a big UI overhaul atleast this time.
OriginOS for global will be released sometime in November and December, whenever Vivo X300 series will debug globally.
