Elon Musk is working on Grokipedia

Join @xAI and help build Grokipedia, an open source knowledge repository that is vastly better than Wikipedia!

This will be available to the public with no limits on use.

According to Elon Musk, Wikipedia is "losing the plot" and Grokipedia is a better alternative to Wikipedia which will be totally free to use.

It is not live yet, and grokipedia.fun is a fake website which promotes a crypto coin.

Turns out, grokipedia.fun is not the actual website for grokipedia, and the actual project is still being worked on by xAI, which is why the grokipedia website I shared had a crypto coin lol. This coin is not owned by X or Elon Musk.

The main post has been updated.

Spotify’s founder and CEO Daniel Ek is stepping down

Daniel Ek will step down to become executive chairman in January. The company is replacing Ek with two co-CEOs chosen in house: Gustav Söderström, co-president and chief product and technology officer, and Alex Norström, co-president and chief business officer.

Over the last few years, I’ve turned over a large part of the day-to-day management and strategic direction of Spotify to Alex and Gustav — who have shaped the company from our earliest days and are now more than ready to guide our next phase.

Ek has served as Spotify’s CEO since he founded it in 2006, and also mentioned that Spotify has been profitable for over a year.
