A simple app that enables you to add additional (or "unsupported") languages to your device's locale settings, if the OEM (ahem Xiaomi) doesn't let you.
โRequirements:
- Android 7.0 (SDK 24) or more.
-Shizuku/root or ADB to grant one of the needed permissions for changing the device's locale settings (android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION).

The Terminal app currently doesn't automatically download and configure the Linux VM for you, so the developer who sent me this had to use the LinuxInstaller app to download Debian.
(I sped the video up a bit in the middle because it takes some time to boot the VM for the first time.)

FINALLY! Chrome for Android is once again adding support for moving the address bar to the bottom.
This feature is working in the latest Canary build if you toggle the #android-bottom-toolbar flag. You can then change the address bar location in settings.
