Japan blew me away with some of its tech — the bullet train is next-level, ordering food is seamless, and conveyor belt sushi? A dream.
But not all of it felt good…
I also saw facial recognition everywhere… and even tech that blasts high-pitched sounds to keep teens out of stores.
