How many years we should wait before we delete the email or phone number?
I am always changing my email address and phone number. I do this every time. But after I disable my phone number or email address (after a while) they can be used by other people.
For example: Gmail allows people to get the deleted username after 6 months. But this is dangerous. Because my old friend can send email to my old email after 6 months. The same problem exist on phone number.
For that reason I start to use new email/phone number. And after 1 year I delete the old account/phone number.
But generally how many year later we should delete the old phone number and email address? What is your experiences and opinions?

Eufy app not getting notifications on GrapheneOS
I'm using GrapheneOS with Google play services installed and all is good except for the Eufy app. It's a doorbell cam app. I should get notifications when someone rings the doorbell or if any motion is detected in front of the camera but I never get them. The notifications do work if I'm actively using the app or if I open it and leave it open in the background. I double checked all my notification settings in the app, gave the app unrestricted battery usage, etc... but no luck. It very well could just be something with that particular app since everything works fine. Anyone have ideas on what is going on?

Best way to use Microsoft Teams (more than once)
I need to access my Teams every day for lectures. How can I do this in the most privacy friendly way possible?
I used to live boot Mint from a USB when I needed to Zoom, but with Teams I can't download/install anything on live Mint, and it's inconvenient to login every single day - I'd rather my creds are saved.
Any advice?

Android Killswitch
I'm trying to use privacy guides advice by turning on the VPeeen (you know the no-no word) killswitch on my android device but have a few questions.
I have a Galaxy s21 for reference.
I have "block connections without VPeeen" enabled, as well as "always on-VPeeen".
Does this mean if my VPeeen connection is lost then my IP address cannot be leaked?

Duckduckgo App Tracking Protection
Got my invite for DDG app tracking protection a few days ago and have been running it since. What are your thoughts on this service?
Also, I am seeing it block tracking attacks from apps that I don't have on my phone (Facebook, twitter, etc.). How are these apps even able to attempt getting my information if I don't have them installed?

Question on AdAway.
Hello all. I have 2 questions regarding using AdAway. I run LineageOS with Magisk and use AdAway in root mode. I also isolate apps like Instagram and Reddit with Shelter on my work profile.
My questions are:
1. Is AdAway good to block trackers outside of ads? Should I add any lists like in ublock origin?
2. Will AdAway block ads (and trackers?) in my work profile?

Bitwarden or Yubico Authenticator as 2FA?
Hey there, I wanted to ask if using Bitwarden or Yubico Authenticator as a 2FA app would be a good idea.
People already know Bitwarden, and I wanted to know what people think about using it as a 2FA app, since it actually has that feature.
There's also Yubico Authenticator, which is only accessible by using a Yubikey. Problem with that is that it's closed source.
Another alternative is that you could use Bitwarden in a combination with a Yubikey as 2FA, and store Bitwarden's 2FA code in something like Aegis or Ravio (or maybe even print the QR code or something). What do you guys think?
