🔜 However, the production is shifting very frequently. Small bottles 6 months ago, big bottles 3 months ago. Large bombs 4 weeks ago. Special equipment today and now it has shifted a little to even bigger ones with a greater 💥.
This has increased the radius of effectiveness. However, this has also increased the the weight and material usage for production. Unfortunately, we can’t give you exact details of what we produce at the moment. That’s OPSEC (Operational Security).

ℹ️Some statistics for the current production:

They currently use about 100-120 self-developed bottles per day. Success rate of stopping a single invader is about 25%. The larger bottle costs about 5€. This means: with only 20€ you can stop at least 1 invader! Your money can be directly converted into man stopping action!
If we compare it to artillery shells, it costs a fraction of those!

✔️ Once you've watched the video, no further words are needed to prove that we really do what we say we do. This is one of our small, hidden production facilities in Ukraine, where urgently needed parts are manufactured.

⚡️ Due to power outages, they’re running the production lines with small diesel generators. That’s why they can only make urgent parts. Anything that takes a long time to print can’t be manufactured.

🔴 To achieve our full potential, we require approximately €4,000 per month. This financial commitment is only feasible with a robust community that is continuously expanding.

🔥A new request🔥

🔴 Our Ukrainian friends reached out to us with a new request. Unfortunately, due to the energy shortages they’re facing, they can’t produce these complex parts right now. They’re crucial for their efforts to halt the invaders’ advance.

🔜 We can’t give you the exact details (OPSEC), but let me tell you, these are essential components. Each part takes about 2 hours to print. So, if you have 16 parts printed on one printer, it’ll take a total of 36 hours, or 1.5 days. They’re currently consuming around 80 parts a day. We’re doing our best to produce the same amount as they need.

⚠️ To facilitate this, we require continuous donations to operate the printers 24 hours a day. All donated funds will be utilised to cover operational expenses, shipping costs, and material usage.

🛍 big delivery! 🛍

🔜 Some days ago we got a very good deal from a Chinese brand to order material. An additional 15% off our usual price! We decided to order the material right away for maximum discount. Two days later, the big delivery of material arrived.🆒

ℹ️ However, we have to replace some printers in the next few weeks. They are worn out and cannot be maintained further. The replacement of parts will cost us more than just buying a new one. This could lead to some more expenses than usual. Therefore, the goal for next month will be raised in the next couple of days.

⚡️ Flat-out production: ⚡️
Thanks to your money spending efforts, we are able to push our production to its limits. Material will last until end of February and all printers are on their maximum load.

🫵Your money has an impact:
Watch our confirmation video (check this link). This help reaches Ukraine soldiers without any organisation between. All the money goes straight into the production process which then helps the soldiers at the frontline to survive.

👀 Current situation:
It’s not good. But without your efforts, it would be way worse! Due to constant attacks on the energy infrastructure, the production within Ukraine remains extremely difficult. That is why we should increase our production.

⚠️Important information!⚠️

Some of you have noticed, that we are currently not sharing any videos of hunting the enemy with drone drops. It raised concerns that we are not working anymore. That is not true and we can tell you why.

1️⃣🔜 what has changed?
hunting the invaders with drone drops was fun. It is like a video game and you probably know the game in which you have to explode pigs. That’s fun isn’t it?
However, time moves on and the drones used for this can now be intercepted. It’s most likely a one way ticket for the drones which makes it very expensive for the units even the ammunition is very cheap. Two years ago, it was a very effective way of stopping the illegal immigrants, the robbers, the abusers and the murders while there were only a few attempts to intercept the drones. This has changed now.

2️⃣🔜the situation
war is costly and not only be payed by money. War gets payed also by human life’s. That’s why there are less drone pilots available. 2 years ago, there were drone teams every 2 km at the front line. And now we are happy to have one team every 10 km. The more drones take off from the positions, the more likely they were discovered. It doesn’t take long for areal bombs to be deployed which is the biggest thread to Ukrainian positions.

3️⃣🔜new technologies
Ukrainians are working in small groups. They develop new technologies and new devices fast which are suitable for their individual needs. However, they can’t scale it. They are dependent on outside help so that they can produce the new developments in sufficient quantities.
The enemy on the other side are not able to develop new technologies in an effective way. They only search channels like ours for new devices and try to copy them. We therefore do not want to give them a detailed inside view of how everything works even it is very interesting for you.
Once they found out how something works, they copy it and scale it.

4️⃣🔜energy situation
Due to the ongoing attacks on the energy infrastructure, it is extremely difficult to produce the components needed for new developments. Six months ago, the factory in Ukraine still had electricity for 8 hours a day. For some time now, there has only been electricity for 2 hours a day. As a result, the factory is currently operating with many generators. However, this also causes problems because the 3D printers are very sensitive to energy fluctuations.

5️⃣🔜Outsourcing the production
The only way to keep up the supply for the military is outsourcing the production to European countries. That is why there are 3D printing factories in Poland and Germany. We were asked if we could print 150 parts per day. Each component requires 2 hours of printing time. This means that each printer can print 12 parts per day. To print 150 parts, a total of approximately 12 printers are required. The material usage is then 12kg per day only for this single part.

To manage this, we would need at least 150€/day to cover the needs. Which equals 4500€ per month. Everything is transparent and everybody can check the income through our PayPal donation page.

⁉️What is that?⁉️

ℹ️This is an inside view of our 3d printing factory. Every month, or better to say: every 600h of printing, we have to replace the surface we are printing on. The printers are running close to 20h/day and 30days a month.

ℹ️This replacement is part of the normal monthly maintenance of the printers. The buildplate you see here has already seen over 2000 parts for our newly developed bottles.

ℹ️ just for your information: a new printer has been arrived which is replacing a totally worn out printer. With over 9000 printing hours we retire the printer. The replacement parts and the time of repairing the printer would cost more than a new printer. That’s why we have decided to buy a new one as a replacement.
