4 hours following an adenotonsillectomy for a 6 years old the pulse was 110 per minute, BP 100/70 mmhg, respiratory rate 20/minute and the child vomit 250 cc of dark fluid. 2 hours later he vomit additional 150 cc of dark fluid, the pulse become 130, BP 80/50mmhg, respiratory rate remain 20/minute
45 years heavy smoker male complain of change in voice for 3 years duration in form of hoarseness. In the last 3 months his voice become very hoarse and he developed mild respiratory distress. Later he became severely distresses and required surgical procedures to relieve distress. On examination there were bilateral firm non tender upper neck swelling

28 years old male has been complain of hearing loss in the left ear for the last 6 years. The hearing loss was progressive in nature and accompanied by tinnitus. During the last 6 months there is swaying during walking to the left side, a change in his voice and inability to closed the left eye with deviation of the angle of the mouth to the right side. Otologic examination show no abnormality. The corneal reflux was lost in the left ear.
