⭕️Congenital nasal pyriform aperture stenosis:is defined as a narrowing of the bilateral nasal cavity at the level of the pyriform aperture due to medial positioning or overgrowth of the maxillary process.

A. Asthma.
B. Chrug Strauss syndrome.

⭕️Mastoiditis (acute and chronic) is a bacterial infection of the mastoid cells in the mastoid bone, which is located just behind the ear.
⭕️Mastoiditis can become serious if the infection spreads outside the mastoid bone.
⭕️Symptoms of acute mastoiditis include: pain in or behind the ear and swelling of the area behind the ear.

كلنا عارفين انو by age of 20 years الtonsil بحصل ليها atrophy.... ففي عمر 40 سنه صعب المريض يحصل ليهو tonsillitis...والage دا برضو هوا دا اكتر عمر لحدوث مرض الGERD دي اول حاجة.... تاني حاجه عشان تقدر تصل التشخيص الصح انو الsymptoms اللي جا بيها المريض cough and sore throat ودي indicate انو الgastric acid طلع لغايه الthroat وعمل Irritation اللي تسبب لي في الكحة وعمل inflammation للtonsills عشان كدا بقت enlarged.
So the most important thing you should know as GP.
✔️Note: suspect GERD in any patient above age of 40 years with symptoms and signs of tonsillitis.
