USCIS adjudication of legal immigration applications has collapsed under Trump, stalling the approval of millions.

Since the end of Haitian TPS, removal flights to Haiti have increased to a weekly pace. The Ohio Immigrant Alliance found 'detention of Haitians has surged 142%' in a few jails they surveyed, while arrests in Springfield now happen daily.

Trump-ally Ken Paxton has secured a legal victory against a birth tourism center in Texas. It will now be shut down, after facilitating thousands of Chinese anchor babies in the Houston area.

The Trump admin is demolishing the transgender industrial complex in America. Two more hospital systems have been forced to end their 'gender care services' for children. Several other institutions across the country have done the same since Trump took office.

Denmark and Greenland have entered into a deal with Trump's America for the U.S. to have "permanent control" of all security needs in Greenland, from basing and flight rights to the ability to build new installations without any non-American approval.

Neither Russia, China nor NATO are allowed to impede or sidestep the United States in Greenland under this deal.

Effective today, Trump has expanded the ground of public charge rejection to restrict many categories of immigrants who pose a past, present or potential burden and try to apply for admission or green card approval.

This brings us closer to the original 1882 standard, after it was narrowed in 1952 and 1999. Every Democrat state is trying to block it.

President Trump has signed a new order for a new intragency review of the H-1B program and any related layoffs of U.S. workers, and it renews the $100,000 fee on incoming petitions for H-1B.

That combined with the new fees and higher all-agencies-aboard scrutiny is a bureaucratic chokehold against foreign recruitment and Indian immigration.

Removal orders against migrant children have doubled from the rate of last year, as the Trump admin pushes to repatriate hundreds of thousands of adolescent aliens from the United States. The Trump admin is already deporting record levels of foreign offspring — Stephen Miller is pushing to remove more, and faster.
