Trump is expanding the military role in immigration enforcement.

The DOJ recently granted the military more power to arrest migrants who trespass defense areas along the border, of which there are now six. And in June, the DHS resumed the practice of military-assisted deportations.

Haitian migrants in particular have faced layoffs and increased worksite arrests since late July.
Local reports of Haitians being arrested, detained or disappearing have increased across multiple cities and states after their TPS was officially terminated.

Forbes is sounding the activist alarm for employers and foreigners alike: President Trump is now restricting and reducing all legal immigration categories.

Half of the world is under travel restrictions. Entry paths are narrower, legalization rarer. From employment to education, processing has stalled. β€˜The agenda is focused on the elimination of legal immigration.’

Refugee admissions are at an historic record low.

Over the past year, the Trump admin has admitted just 10,200 refugees so far β€” nearly all White South Africans β€” unlike the decades before Trump, when tens of thousands of third-world refugees were continuously let in. Since 1966, at least, the U.S. has been flooded and filled with unwanted foreigners labeled as refugees. In 2026, Trump has proven that is not inevitable β€” his admin has cut that off.

All TPS terminations are now in effect. Every defiant judge has backed down, and the DHS has already begun arresting former TPS holders.

With this, President Trump has stripped the unnecessary lawful status from over 1 million migrants.

The Trump admin is deporting people to third countries at a rate never seen before, more frequent than any other admin. Over two dozen countries have participated so far.

More than 23,000 migrants, at least, have been removed using diplomatic deportation agreements, sending certain difficult deportees wherever America deems fit.

USCIS has issued updated public charge guidance, adding another level to Trump's crackdown on legal immigration.

Starting soon on Sept. 18, aliens applying for adjustment of status, green cards, must demonstrate self-sufficiency and prove they will not and have not drained taxpayer-funded government benefits or used any such dependence services.

Public charge rules were put into law in 1882, yet left loosely defined and little enforced ever since. It wasn't until Trump I that it had expanded.

Now, with Trump II, public charge is being unleashed, from the 75-country visa freeze to this upcoming status adjustment squeeze. The Trump admin continues to do things that have never been done before, a long list.

Liberia has accepted a Third-Country deportation deal to take more than a thousand non-liberian foreigners from America.

Axios, CNN and other outlets report that the U.S. has had effective control of the Hormuz Strait for months, transporting 10 million barrels a day through it's own American-run shipping corridor near Iran, mitigating the biggest downside of the conflict without escalation.

After President Trump's successful raid of Venezuela, seizing the leader Maduro and turning the state into a partner ally, America now takes about half of the oil output produced by Venezuela.

Naturalization is plummeting to historic lows under the Trump admin. In Northern Illinois, naturalizations have already fallen by over 75%.

The ACLU is afraid β€˜The Trump admin has gutted the existing legal pathways to citizenship, while it actively tries to denaturalize people’.

The Trump admin is currently pushing naturalizations down to proportions not seen in most of our lifetimes.

ICE has begun deporting Haitians who have had their TPS terminated. β€˜One of the largest removal flights’ seen so far carried well over one hundred Haitians back home, per WaPo.

Immigration advocates say ICE arrests, detentions and monitoring of former TPS holders are on the rise in recent weeks.

There are now 2,365 local and state law enforcement agreements with ICE under the 287(g) program, a 1,650%+ increase since Trump returned to office β€” 70x higher than when Obama left office.

ICE partners now cover a third of the country, in the largest immigration deputization for mass deportations. 287(g) officers in red states allow ICE, Border Patrol and other federal agents to put more resources into blue states and uncooperative jurisdictions, expanding our effective enforcement coverage.

Jason Arday was anti-White and spent his career calling promoting anti-White conspiracy theories, calling for the "decolonization" of the West, attacking European history, etc.
A Trump Ambassador has come out in defense of Nathan Confas, who was recently suspended by a university in Belgium for earnestly calling out black academic-fraudster Jason Arday.

β€œDishonest, corrupt institutions that engage in, or reward, scapegoating mob behaviour are not desirable partners for us. This is particularly true where the purpose and effect of the scapegoating is to punish accurate journalism unearthing academic dishonesty.

β€œWe are therefore reviewing any relationships we have with Ghent University … The ultimate purpose of freedom of speech is to overturn lies, fraud and false ideologies. This is precisely what Cofnas was doing, and precisely the reason his home institution wants to silence him.”

Thanks to our growing list of diplomatic third-country deportation partners, the U.S. can deport anyone anywhere if they choose to resist repatriation. A group of deportees tried to refuse deportation to Liberia, so they were dumped in another part of Africa.
