U.S. Trade Representative Greer says ‘Extensive tariffs that President Trump imposed pursuant to other statutory authorities will remain in place’ and ‘regardless of the Court’s decision today ...
President Trump is doubling down on his tariff policy with a new wave of protective trade actions: "The duties will fall under section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974, which is aimed against countries that engage in forced labor." The tariffs are being pushed as a force of working man's rights and workers' freedom, expanding on already existing tariffs.

"We have to make sure that people who are here are not a threat to us. And so, in addition to record deportation numbers... @USCIS has undertaken the largest ever project of re-vetting EVERY foreign national who was admitted in prior years for ties to terrorism, ties to Jihadism, also ties to drugs, to gangs, to cartels... just this week alone, from the last report I got, there were a thousand immigration benefits that were terminated based on public safety, national security eligibility grounds that had been previously issued by another administration."

In the 14 years after 9/11, only 122,000 visas were revoked, 9,500 for terrorism.
Miller says we ended 1,000 statuses for terror, this week alone. In addition to 100,000+ visas revoked and 1.5 million protections terminated since 2025, this is the largest effort to undo immigration in U.S. history.

For nearly 30 years, law enforcement agreements with ICE under the 287(g) program were practically unused. 287(g) agreements allow local and state law enforcement to assist or even act as immigration officers, to identify and arrest illegal aliens.
From 1996 to 2016, we never reached 100 agreements total. Now, in 2026 we are gaining over 100 agreements every month. Under Trump, there are 2,179 active agreements and counting, compared to Obama's peak of 72.

Trump: I hope everyone got to enjoy their entire, very delicious beef tenderloin, and I want you all to know that (RFK) Bobby Kennedy personally ran over the cow in his car and cut it up, and brought it here for you to eat tonight, so it's very fresh.

Immigration courts have effectively become remigration courts in 2026, as removal is ordered at record highs while relief remains at record lows.
The Chicago court has been issuing over a hundred deportations a day due to the new mega hearings tactic, which began in late May.

Federal financial regulators have joined the ongoing war on mass migration.
FDIC, CFPB, FinCEN, et al. now formally label illegal aliens as credit risks, often tied to fraud and crime. Altogether, the series of guidance advises banks and credit unions against providing services to unauthorized migrants, which sets up footing for mass debanking and can push foreign workers into self-deportation.

Immigration advocates and attorneys say migrants are more afraid now than ever, as ICE is silently arresting record numbers of illegals with less pushback and less publicity than before.
June saw ICE’s highest-ever monthly total. July is already outpacing it, and DHS is ramping up to go even harder. This is being done with a relatively small number of ERO agents per city.

The Trump admin is advancing a new rule for USCIS to refer certain alien asylum applications directly to immigration court, skipping the lengthy interview process. Immigration Court currently denies 90%+ of asylum claims, meaning most will be shoved right into a removal process.

Immigration courts under Trump have the lowest asylum grant rate in history, bond is more expensive than ever, so removal is now regular while relief is now rare.
Fast-tracking these applications, then denying their claims, broadens the scope of deportations and will increase alien departures, either voluntary or coerced.
