ICE is on track to carry out another record high month, as July overtakes June in the average daily number of arrests. This comes after April, May and June saw record-high removal flights while May and June had mega hearings in courts.
ICE is making over 1,400 arrests per day, the agency's best so far. Or nearly 1,600 with CBP agents active in the interior. The other agencies now in the interior are not being counted here.

Big court ruling today. Illegal aliens are no longer guaranteed the right to roam free using 'due process claims' during their removal proceedings, according to the Fifth Circuit.
To be more specific: This decision holds back the Due Process release orders that have misappropriated our legal rights for certain illegal aliens, allowing Trump's DHS to continue their mandatory detention amid further court review.
Clearing out activist lawfare like this is crucial for ongoing and future mass deportations. Stacking up the wins and stretching them into other cases means a cleaner, smoother road ahead.

Immigration case closures soared to an all-time high in June, resulting in over 100,000 cases closed, 78% ended in a removal order; less than 2% in relief.
This coincides with the onset of mega hearings last month, where judges had larger deportation dockets than ever.

June was the single best month of immigration enforcement by far, under Secretary Mullin and AAG Blanche.
Removal flights remained at higher than ever recorded levels while ICE agents arrested a record amount of aliens and immigration courts had more cases in a rapid pace, a record for the system. The removal architecture is improving β exactly what we need to conduct and maintain decades of deportations.

The Trump admin is ramping up its self-deportation effort by targeting the income and assets of illegals.
Fining illegal aliens has been an option since 1996, but Trump is the first and only president to do it. Over 100,000 immigrants have been hit with fines of $998 a day now.

Removal orders in immigration courts spiked to a record high in June, a level never-before-seen, thanks to mega hearings which began in late May.
The median time between hearing added and hearing scheduled fell to a new low, so immigration cases also moved forward much faster.

The expedited and expanded output of immigration enforcement that is happening under Blanche and Mullin is an effective war on illicit migration and the alien population.
Arrests, prosecutions and removal orders are soaring past the previous record year, 2025. And it's going on with far less drama, far less public resistance.

Immigration arrests are rising to new highs across the country, even in a sanctuary state like Oregon, which prohibits cooperation with ICE and restricts enforcement actions.
This independent tracker β which does not see or account for all arrests in the entire state, of course β shows the first half of July in Oregon is outpacing all of April, soon May and likely July.
In general, July outpaces every month before it and is on track to surpass the nationwide record-high set in June.

U.S. Trade Representative Greer says βExtensive tariffs that President Trump imposed pursuant to other statutory authorities will remain in placeβ and βregardless of the Courtβs decision today ...
President Trump is doubling down on his tariff policy with a new wave of protective trade actions: "The duties will fall under section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974, which is aimed against countries that engage in forced labor." The tariffs are being pushed as a force of working man's rights and workers' freedom, expanding on already existing tariffs.

"We have to make sure that people who are here are not a threat to us. And so, in addition to record deportation numbers... @USCIS has undertaken the largest ever project of re-vetting EVERY foreign national who was admitted in prior years for ties to terrorism, ties to Jihadism, also ties to drugs, to gangs, to cartels... just this week alone, from the last report I got, there were a thousand immigration benefits that were terminated based on public safety, national security eligibility grounds that had been previously issued by another administration."

In the 14 years after 9/11, only 122,000 visas were revoked, 9,500 for terrorism.
Miller says we ended 1,000 statuses for terror, this week alone. In addition to 100,000+ visas revoked and 1.5 million protections terminated since 2025, this is the largest effort to undo immigration in U.S. history.

For nearly 30 years, law enforcement agreements with ICE under the 287(g) program were practically unused. 287(g) agreements allow local and state law enforcement to assist or even act as immigration officers, to identify and arrest illegal aliens.
From 1996 to 2016, we never reached 100 agreements total. Now, in 2026 we are gaining over 100 agreements every month. Under Trump, there are 2,179 active agreements and counting, compared to Obama's peak of 72.
