Trump's DOL is proposing to update the labor market test that employers must pass before sponsoring a foreigner, so that businesses bear a higher burden of proof for hiring and PERM fraud can be confronted.

Like H-1B & OPT this is a big avenue by which Americans are displaced. Further details on this plan are TBA.

In June Treasury issued new guidance to flag illegal alien activity and EEOC put out an enforcement plan that targets foreign-preferences in hiring.

Meanwhile DHS is leaning into worksite investigations. With that and the proposal to update PERM standards, the Trump admin appears to be shifting attention onto employers, within the limits of what tools the executuve branch is allowed.

Many are participating in a Third Country agreement to intercept asylees, others to be deportation destinations, and several now invite us to conduct military strikes. We can use this cooperation to coordinate the mass deportation of their populations from our territories.

Immigration activists and journalists have reported a rush of ICE activity across cities and counties, and leftists have not been able to organize protests to stop them.

This news coincides with ICE arrests doubling to a record rate, under Mullin's quiet but expansive strategy. Removal flights continue to increase at a historic high rate, removal orders in 2026 are outpacing 2025, interior asylum denial  is near 100%, TPS is being torn down and expedited removal revived. DHS is ramping up employment probes, Treasury marking alien financial activity—all mean larger, more efficient mass deportations.

Federal agencies have been dropping alleged discrimination cases and rescinding DEI rules to deprioritize disparate impact theory. The Trump Admin is shifting America away from anti-American ideas of social justice to diminish the ongoing damage of the Civil Rights era and its ideologies.

President Trump acknowledged that Whites have been treated badly since the Civil Rights Era, and he vowed to confront anti-White agendas. From the refugee system to our legal landscape, that is a promise kept. And this can be extended into the next admin by good Republicans.

The wave of mass deportations is growing—courts are scheduling more migrants a day in mega master hearings, and sudden ICE operations are being seen across the country.

With higher ICE arrests and larger immigration court dockets, a greater volume of illegals are being removed. 2025 had the highest recorded interior enforcement numbers in relevant U.S. history, and 2026 is on track to outpace it. There were 10,000 illegals arrested in 5 days recently, just a snapshot. All signs indicate similar surges will occur, though the rate will naturally fluctuate.

Mass deportation hearings have spread to another immigration court, with 3x the normal amount of migrants scheduled.

The Trump admin is detaining and deporting a record number of migrant juveniles — and others who entered as children — to prevent a permanent problem by sending them home.

Courts have issued over 10k removal orders for minors each month, and actual removals are rising to match. I expect this to escalate even more due to the many changes under Mullin, the ongoing crackdown on anchor babies and large probes into immigrant birth tourism.

U.S. immigration courts are granting near-zero relief to illegal aliens under Trump. Up to 95% of asylum cases now end in denial. Even in the liberal hotbed of Detroit, approvals have fallen to just 2%.

Detained or not, deportation has become the default outcome of illegal immigration. Where judges once granted amnesty by hundreds of thousands, they now order millions to go back.

The BIA, which sets the standard, supports it: "In almost all rulings by the board of immigration appeals, the answer was removal." since Trump took office.

AP reports that DHS is planning a new center to facilitate deportations and departures of migrant families and children, right next to America's largest enforcement flight hub.

This could help consolidate removals and shorten transfer time, thereby speeding up some deportations.

DHS recently took two detention centers under federal control, last week. The story of them selling off warehouses is largely just resource management, deportations getting faster and priorities changing.

The general direction is the same: mass deportations now and for the long-term.

A Mexican tried to run over an ICE agent in Texas, so the ICE agent fired at him in an act of justified self-defense.

After a full year of President Trump's Big Beautiful Bill, we have maintained record high interior deportations and imposed new fees on migration.

Over 4 million people have dropped from SNAP, while legal and illegal migrant access to American benefits is cut across the board.

Not only did the Big Beautiful Bill impose new fees, it introduced consequences for failure to pay, imposed a remittance tax (which needs to be expanded and higher) and starting in October will remove millions of foreigners from Medicaid.

By April, federal H-1B investigations had spiked at least 48% since Project Firewall launched last year.

Now the DOL is issuing subpoenas to build up the case against H-1B visa and PERM fraud. Doing it this way ensures the findings are serious, so the consequences can stick. Under Trump, HUD and SBA have cut H-1B access to business and housing loans, the old H-1B lottery has been scrapped, and DOL is trying to raise the wage floor.

In other words, the entire executive branch is trying to restrict H-1B. The H-1B visa program can only be ended by Congress, and the options to reject renewals is extremely constrained, so this is the best way to choke it for now.

VP JD Vance, chairman of the White House task force to eliminate fraud, announces that "the Department of Labor has started dozens of subpoenas and investigations into foreign fraudsters who are trying to take advantage of the H-1B visa program [because] American jobs ought to go to American workers and not foreign fraudsters".

Vance says H-1B is full of fraud and has undercut American wages and workers.

President Trump is poised to remove Syria from the state sponsor of terrorism list, a move that would end the decades of sanctions against the state. Syria's current leadership has been very friendly and cooperative with the United States under Trump—signs of a good business partner. This is part of Trump's goal to make the Middle East a stable region that participates in the global economy without terror or mass migration.

President Trump says he will push for an immediate rehearing of the birthright citizenship case, to end the anchor baby scam that millions of mexicans and other foreigners have exploited for years.

Rule 44 of the Supreme Court allows for a rehearing, provided at least one Justice who originally concurred, joining the rest who dissented, agrees to rehear it. This means we could try to flip the vote, or reach a tie during re-decision.

The Wisconsin judge has been sentenced to no jail time, just a fine. The DOJ says it disagrees with the light sentence and will pursue options to make her face prison.
