β€˜It's a preposterous ruling. A lot of conservatives are extremely disappointedβ€” I do think there is a big silver lining here. This case was a 5-4 decision. The concept of birthright citizenship, which is an absurdity to the 14th Amendment, is hanging by a thread. This means we have to fix the immigration system even more, and we have to keep fighting because we have an opportunity to reverse this.’

Good and correct messaging from VP JD Vance. This decision is weak, awful and able to be reversed. Our path to pulling a better outcome is visible and open if we keep the Republican party focused and make it more firmly Trump-aligned.

"The fact that it was [a 5-4 ruling] shows the legal community was wrong for years by predicting it would be 9-0 against Trump. We are so close. And Trump has won unprecedented victories in the Supreme Court. But this decision is a deep knife wound in the heart of the American Republic.

Just physically being on U.S. soil does not make you a citizen or qualified to carry on the inheritance of this country. WE HAVE PEOPLE from all over the world, from third world nations, nations that NEVER INVENTED THE WHEEL or technology or air travel, and they can just have a baby here, paid for by you and me. That baby can sit on a jury, judge us, decide who our mayors are, who our presidents are. Citizenship means NOTHING if it is available to everyone. If your ruling requires you to suicide your civilization, your reading of the Constitution is wrong.

Let's thank President Trump, because of his courage alone, we are on the precipice of ending this travesty. That is what we have to fight for."

Important message at the end: "Thank President Trump, because of his courage, we are on the precipice of ending this travesty." Trump took the first step in over a century to stop something that everyone else left alone or supported, yet the result was nearly a tie. A man with fewer than 10 years in office almost ended what was considered safe, sound and permanent policy.

Birthright citizenship will be ended one way or another and the millions whose existence here relies on it will face return, repatriation or remigration in the end.

Good news, because of President Trump: record deportations, record refusal of immigrants for being public charges and welfare dependents, travel ban on 40 countries, and massive, complete, total militarization and sealing of the southern border. That's happening right now.

Liberals and leftists have been freaking out all day that the Supreme Court ruling was so closeβ€”that means the reversal can happen sooner than they expect.

Digital Panopticon Update: The KIDS Act passed within the House and only 32 Republicans voted against it.

It includes 14 bills (e.g. the Kids Online Safety Act) aimed at throttling online freedom.

- Age verification for using websites that host porn or other sexual content (this includes every social media platform)
- Age verification to send private messages
- Age verification to use in-game chats
- Most web/app features disabled by default unless age verified
- Restrictions on encrypted messaging
- Restrictions on AI chatbots
- Government-directed moderation / restriction of lawful speech
- etc.

As I said
, while the digital ID agenda has bipartisan support in America, it is primarily pushed by myopic GOP tradcuck retards who either don't understand or don't care that they are playing directly in the hands of the left. These people are a plague.

Indiana's immigration crackdown laws go into effect today, mandating government, school and business cooperation with ICE; prohibiting sanctuary policies and illegal alien employment.

Indiana AG now has new powers to investigate and punish employers and officials for identified non-compliance.

New laws are making it illegal to be an illegal in Tennessee, effective July 1.

This includes citizenship checks for benefits, police cooperation with ICE, and it is now a crime to defy deportation orders and a felony to leak immigration officer info. We are building up state support for mass deportations, the best way to broaden our removal reach.

By the end of June we had 2,030 local and state law enforcement agreements with ICE through the 287(g) program. We are starting July with 2,060 agreements.

In 2016 (under Obama) there were only 35. In 2020 Trump brought it to 150. By 2024 Biden cut it down to 130, so you can understand how large a growth this is. Over 1480% increase in 17 months.

"Right now we are deporting over 3,200 a day" DHS Sec Mullin says. I can corroborate this statement: https://t.me/PracticalPolitics/5073

Huge increase, never seen before. 2025 was already a record high, 2026 is going far past it, pushing double the rate.

Teddy Roosevelt described the spirit of his presidency as akin to that of our President Trump:

β€œI saw it not only as my right but as my duty to do anything the Nation needs, where I could. I did and caused to be done many things not previously done, and I did greatly broaden the use of executive power.” β€” paraphrased from Theodore Roosevelt's autobiography.

Young Stephen Miller, pictured saying a Theodore Roosevelt Quote.

"There can be no fifty-fifty Americanism in this country. There is room here for only 100 percent Americanism, only for those who are Americans and nothing else." In adulthood Stephen Miller is now the lead figure of restoring America, the one who has done the most to make America American again. Persistence is a precious resource for power.

DHS is expanding its authority to waive construction rules and environmental regulations in order to expedite wall construction in a target area in Texas.

DHS is accelerating the completion of President Trump's wall, adding over 100 miles so far after the 450 Trump built first term; on track to finish the primary wall in 2027, with new tech on top.

CBP is building the wall faster than they can acquire land to build it on, per CNN. Before Trump took office in 2017, the wall was just fence you could duck under. Trump covered over 400 miles of the border in real steel, starting in April, 2018.

That's more than anyone else ever built, and it resumed last year. We're currently at 6 miles up a week, headed toward 10 miles a week later this year.

North Carolina is joining the immigration crackdown after NC GOP overrode the Democrat Governor.

The new law bans sanctuary policies, requires major agencies to join forces with ICE, cuts illegal alien access to state benefits and penalizes schools that obstruct enforcement. Tennessee and Indiana likewise began rolling out laws to participate in mass deportations.
