The Supreme Court has failed to side with Trump on birthright citizenship, saying unlawful and temporary migrants are still subject to our jursiduction and therefore 'Constitutuonally' allowed to receive the benefit of citizenship to whatever anchor and burden they birth.

Justice Clarence Thomas, Justice Alito and Justice Gorusch stood with Trump. It is now up to Congress to change the law or amend the Constitution, or up to the executive branch to respond in dissent.

President Trump shares a link saying he will push to end birthright citizenship 'with or without the Supreme Court'. This means through Congress or a course of alternative executive action.

Justice Thomas in his dissent, in support of Trump, says this decision is so weak it is bound to be undone because the Court has foolishly devalued our citizenship.

Justice Kavanaugh in the Court opinion wrote an exit door for us to use, saying Congress can amend the Constitution or enact new legislation to exclude aliens from birthright citizenship.

This door underlines exactly why voting matters, because getting a better Congress where people like Eric Schmitt and Andy Ogles are more and more the majority to pass these legal changes.

A lot of people are saying the SCOTUS ruling just ruined everything we're working on, that's obviously not the case.

Nothing changed—America was already granting birthright citizenship to everyone for the past 100 years. This decision is bad because it says the status quo is good, so we need to eliminate that status quo. Trump's challenge to birthright citizenship is the first time it's ever been tried, so we'll have to try another way.

In response to the birthright citizenship decision dozens of Republicans have decided to introduce or reintroduce laws that would limit or end the loopholes of birthright citizenship for legal and illegal immigrants. Multiple Senators are among the list, representing a possibility of one legislative change passing. It is unlikely to happen soon but is now plausible.

After hundreds of endorsements, appointments, and challenges both the Legislative Branch and the Judiciary are becoming viable institutitions for us to use, through the Republican Party, because of President Trump. As this continues to tilt farther right we gain stronger politicial power, meaning more solid support behind our laws & goals.

Birthright citizenship has already been the law of the land for 150 years, since after the Civil War. They didn't need to introduce a challenge 'designed to fail' to continue doing the thing that they were already doing. This decision just upholds the status quo, which nobody else tried to eliminate except Trump so far.

President Trump acknowledges that the Supreme Court overwhelmingly has sided with us (88%~ win rate), and the biggest decision was overturning Humphrey's Executor. Ultimately true, the birthright citizenship case upheld a status quo, a loss, and the Slaughter cause undid a status quo, a win. This means we come out with a stronger executive branch than before, and have to work with Congress to end the birthright problem, in light of the SCOTUS loss.

Justice Alito, who sided with Trump, says there are 50 million foreigners in the U.S. and millions of children to foreigners still here from the past 50 years of bad policy. Alito mentions that Congress should have fixed this a long time ago, and still can fix it if they want to try.

Why, then, bother about citizenship if the whole world has a right to come here and develop a separate life?

DOJ says it will be increasing its priority on dismantling and prosecuting birth tourism and anchor babies in the U.S.

Today is a good time to remember that the Kennedys were horrible for America. Ted Kennedy was the lead advocate of the Hart-Celler 1965 immigration act, which his brother JFK proposed in 1963. Ted Kennedy authored the refugee act of 1980, and he lobbied Reagan to do the amnesty of 1986. Ted Kennedy was then a cosponsor of the Immigration Act of 1990 which created H-1B visas and more.

One alien-minded person can destroy the fabric of a country, and we have millions of them here still working today.

Thanks to President Trump we are making strong strides to undo the disasters of the past, especially against the era of mass immigration and the Civil Rights regime's anti-White suppression.

President Trump's DOJ has just ordered all U.S. Attorneys Offices to put a priority on charging migrants and citizens engaging in birth schemes or complicit in the facilitation of mass migration to exploit birthright citizenship, order by AAG Colin McDonald.

Since last year the Trump admin has  put out record high deportations of alien children and curbed chain migration with broad national travel restrictions.

In June State Dept named hundreds of visas revoked over birth tourism; in July the effort against anchor babies is going to escalate under DOJ directive. Other moves to counteract the demographic threat of birthright citizenship will be announced in the coming weeks.

A federal judge has shot down a lawsuit that tried to stop an immigration law in Tennessee from taking effect soon. The Tennessee law goes active on July 1st and makes it a crime for illegal aliens, or non-citizens with a removal order, to remain in the boundaries of the state. Having a criminal record puts them up for swift detention, then deportation.

‘It's a preposterous ruling. A lot of conservatives are extremely disappointed— I do think there is a big silver lining here. This case was a 5-4 decision. The concept of birthright citizenship, which is an absurdity to the 14th Amendment, is hanging by a thread. This means we have to fix the immigration system even more, and we have to keep fighting because we have an opportunity to reverse this.’

Good and correct messaging from VP JD Vance. This decision is weak, awful and able to be reversed. Our path to pulling a better outcome is visible and open if we keep the Republican party focused and make it more firmly Trump-aligned.

Just physically being on U.S. soil does not make you a citizen or qualified to carry on the inheritance of this country. WE HAVE PEOPLE from all over the world, from third world nations, nations that NEVER INVENTED THE WHEEL or technology or air travel, and they can just have a baby here, paid for by you and me. That baby can sit on a jury, judge us, decide who our mayors are, who our presidents are. Citizenship means NOTHING if it is available to everyone. If your ruling requires you to suicide your civilization, your reading of the Constitution is wrong.

Let's thank President Trump, because of his courage alone, we are on the precipice of ending this travesty. That is what we have to fight for."
