SCOTUS has ruled that migrants aren't entitled to claim asylum simply by arriving at the border, allowing immigration agents to reject attempts & turn the alien back.

While Trump already has the strictest U.S. border on record, this decision enables a useful repulsion tool.

The Trump administration has been maintaining historically low asylum approval levels, and immigration bond denial has far outpaced bond granted for the first time.

This is all part of a deliberate effort to end inflow and encourage outflow.

Over 13 months straight of zero migrants released at the border under Trump, the lowest illegal alien inflow.

SCOTUS has finally ruled that Trump is allowed to remove TPS from Haitians, adding that courts don't have the authority to judge why DHS ends or extends its own protections.

This slates hundreds of thousands of Haitians for deportation, and puts other lawful statuses at risk. Trump's patience with the courts appears to be paying off big, bringing great immigration wins to expand mass deportations.

DHS to Haitians: "Take a flight home or we will arrest you and deport you."

President Trump calls out the people who dishonestly say Obama deported more, or did anything so positive on immigration: ’Barack Hussein Obama and Sleepy Joe Biden included hundreds of thousands of people who never made it into the country. We don't include such categories. Our ICE and CBP have removed more illegal aliens than any other president.’

This is correct, and Obama himself admits the Obama deportation numbers were deceptive.

Since Secretary Mullin stepped in we have had record high removal flights, larger migrant hearings, several huge court wins and new funds for ICE.

Treasury is advancing broad framework to disrupt and debank illegals while DHS cracks down on asylum fraud & lawyers; all of this is conducive to larger mass deportations. This is a necessary phase of developing efficient mechanisms to push removals and prevent regress. We will continue to push for higher numbers, and the recent funds will make it happen.

It is now mandatory law in North Carolina for four major law enforcement agencies in the state to join an agreement with ICE through the 287(g) program, thanks to Republican officials in the state who overpowered the Democrat governor.

The official arm of the Catholic Church in America, the USCCB, is calling the Trump admin's victory against Haitian migrants an 'injustice'. USCCB says it will push for Congress to extend TPS for Haitians and protect the foreigners from deportation.

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops has sued every single attempt by the Trump admin to restrict immigration. This org, the institution and the pope that promotes it are clearly political activists.

The 287(g) program for local & state law enforcement to work with ICE has existed since 1996, yet there were only 30 agreements when Obama left in 2016. When Biden left it was 130.

With President Trump we have 2030 active agreements and counting, over 1300 for agencies to arrest illegals.

The Trump admin continues to take major action to dismantle anti-White discrimination and undo systematic White suppression.


Recent efforts include SBA dropping decades-old minority-biases, EEOC ending disparate-impact enforcement, and new lawsuits on behalf of White workers. This is laying generational groundwork for the civilizational right Whites have to live, which the civil rights regime has been suffocating.

Lance Schroyer supports expanding the 287(g) program for local and state law enforcement to help ICE 'get illegals off the streets' and deport illegal aliens at a rate never seen before, higher than the already record high rate Trump has set this term.

Ally of Stephen Miller, Rep. Andy Ogles, is pushing to pass a denaturalization act that will move denaturalizations from a slow, methodical process to being a swift, administrative decision.

President Trump already has the record high rate, pace and volume of denaturalizations filed; Republicans passing any law to expand this authority would take citizenship revocation to an entirely new and fully legal level.

Within 9 months the Memphis Safe Task Force established by President Trump has made 10,400 arrests, of which 1,100 have been known gang members.

This new City Safe strategy could become a template to crush urban crime all over the U.S., especially in Red states with blue cities, wherein the crime is largely committed by black and brown citizens and immigrants who vote Dem.

Immigration courts under the Trump administration have maintained the highest-ever recorded level of asylum denial, up to 93% nationally, meaning hundreds of thousands fewer migrants are being allowed to become lawful.

As of May, 93% of asylum is being denied in immigration courts—record high—amounting to hundreds of thousands fewer lawful migrants.

‘Immigration judges are now issuing denials in virtually every case’ after rule changes and mass firings by the Trump admin cleaned the system. Our immigration system is full of bad rules and restrictions that the Trump admin is chipping away, changing and challenging to open up the deportation pipeline and expedite immigration denial. Doing so is how we keep pumping removal numbers up, which are already historically high.
