"According to the opinion, businesses can use hiring practices that are generally related to job performance—such as aptitude tests, knowledge-based tests, criminal-background checks, and SAT scores—without fear of violating Title VII simply because such practices may result in different outcomes for different demographic groups. To justify using such tools, employers only need to show that the practice is reasonable, useful, or helps serve a valid business purpose."

This is a huge factor to include.

This means normal ops won't be as disrupted when ICE surges non-cooperative areas or Dems obstruct detention, as ICE requires more agents per alien when operating in uncooperative cities.

This October, many legal migrants and all illegal migrants lose their Medicaid access and Marketplace subsidies.

Trump Admin EEOC, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has put out a new national enforcement plan to focus on real discrimination, such as preferring foreigners over Americans or pushing diversity over quality.
