Immigration Courts have been rejecting record numbers of migrant asylum; Fort Snelling, MN has resolved nearly as many cases in 1.3yrs of Trump as it did in 4yrs of Biden. 7,500 cases in <16 months vs 8,500 cases in 48 months.

And more migrants have given up their cases in a little over a year of Trump than 4 full years of Biden. Over 2,000 cases abandoned under Trump vs 900 under Biden in less than half the time. This is the dismantling of an overwise open border backdoor immigration courts used to offer to whomever applied.

Asylum grant rates, bond, relief and release have dropped to historic lows. Rejection and removal is for the first time the normal outcome of our immigration system, largely dismantling the amnesty pathway courts used to regularly provide. Voluntary Departure has subsequently spiked to the highest levels in our history.

The DHS recently announced intentions to hold lawyers and the migrant clients they represent accountable for being frauds and exploiting our system, which could be a seismic shift in the culture around immigration courts.

Voluntary Departures, a court agreement to leave the U.S., not the informal choice to flee without an order or reporting it, have spiked to their highest ever levels. More leaving in months than previous decades. This does not count the 100k+ self-returns using other official means of leaving, such as the CBP Home app.

Federal action against immigration crimes have soared significantly under Trump; prosecution for illegal entry has risen over 4x, prosecution for reentry nearly doubled.

He says the Treasury dept and others will lead an effort to help "REVERSE MASS MIGRATION" by stopping banks, credit cards and financial institutions from supporting illegals and alien activity.

There's a real chance of the city of LA, of which over 70% of the population is not American, falls out of Democrat control if enough good voters show up to support Spencer Pratt. This would be a massive shock to the anti-White establishment.

This July a new immigration law takes effect in Indiana to prohibit sanctuary policies, prevent the employment of illegals, and enable their AG to investigate and hold accountable employers for violating the law.

Starting July 1 being an illegal will be a crime in Tennessee; local & state employers must verify immigration status for employment and access to benefits. Noncompliance will be met by various new penalties, investigated by state AG.

This is one example of how states can counter sanctuary jursidictions and help ICE carry out its mission, like Indiana and Florida and Texas, Wyoming and WV.

Multiple reports say immigration courts have begun mega hearings this week, speeding up deportations with dockets 2, 3, 4x larger than normal so judges can see more migrants per day.

This comes after the Trump admin added 150 new judges and put immigration lawyers on notice.

Today the Department of Justice has announced a grant offer of over 300 million dollars from the Big Beautiful Bill for 2-4 cities, with populations of at least 100k who apply, to receive a surge in law enforcement support that will crush the crime in their jurisdiction, like the Trump admin has done in Memphis and D.C.
