Since the drama over the domestic terrorists subdued by CBP in Minnesota has calmed down, Border Patrol intends to continue surging a flow of agents into the interior to help ICE hit higher totals.

These Border Patrol resources will have targets but all illegals encountered, since they're all criminals, are subject to arrest and subsequent deportation if they do not leave the country on their own, CBP Commissioner says.

My overview of the transformation of law enforcement under President Trump:

1) Homeland Security has established a first ever nationwide, permanent task force integrating federal oversight into state and local agencies for effective counter-cartel operations. Operating since September 2025.

2) DOJ combined all fraud enforcement under one superior division, the National Fraud Enforcement Division, to directly target fraud of all types, especially with immigrant or financial ties. Chaired by JD Vance, led by AAG MacDonald, operating since April, 2026.

3) Long-Term Safe Task Forces patrolling U.S. cities are deployed with authority to arrest criminals, partnering with federal legal resources for prosecution. D.C. has seen 11,700+ arrests since August, 2025 and Memphis has 8,500+ since Sep 2025.

4) Law Enforcement cooperation with ICE—287(g) program—is larger, broader and deeper than ever. In 2016 there were only 35 law enforcement agencies assisting immigration; by 2024 it was 135. In May 2026 we have 1,780.

Laramie County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) in Wyoming arrested over 80 people during truck stops, half of whom were illegals. This was done thanks to their 287(g) agreement to help ICE catch aliens.

Trump Effect appears to hold true for his second term. Foreign born mothers are having fewer kids, not to mention many are being deported in record numbers.

Sen. Dick Durbin wrote an Op-Ed this morning detailing how President Trump is dismantling DACA, the Obama amnesty.

Durbin says there were 530k active DACA in 2024, down by* 30k by late 2025 as USCIS is doing real vetting, slowing approval, leaving these illegals open for removal. Trump has hit immigration and naturalization from every angle. This is infrastructure for long-term deportations.

President Trump's makeover of the GOP is continuing strong. Several Republicans who turned on Trump have lost their race to Republicans that support Trump in Indiana. This trend hopefully follows in the rest of the country = RINO removal.

There's a two part lesson out of Indiana:

1) the Republican Party, however bad it can be at times, is something we can work with and improve. 2) We only get what we want through Trump, not against or without him.

This applies to every policy social or otherwise, especially on immigration and 'right-wing' political representation.

Multiple sudden ICE work raids have been reported in different areas the past week.

The Trump Admin's new counterterrorism strategy puts 'cartels, transgender extremism, anti-American ideology, etc.', ANTIFA and Islamists as serious domestic and foreign threats.

In effect this directs the whole U.S. govt against the armed and mobile parts of the Left, here and wherever we reach. This steps build up our political offensive capabilities.
