Millions of legal and lawful migrants are getting stuck in a visa processing pause that puts large amounts on track for losing their spot in America, losing work and education and benefits.

President Trump has hit record removals of migrant children, blocked over half of legal immigrants including spouses and adopted kids, deported and detained a record volume of pregnant immigrants. Now the Trump admin is expediting the cases of foreign children to help get them back to their home outside the U.S.

DHS is hitting immigrants with fines of $998 a day for every day they remain in the country without legal status, even if they are actively trying to become legal.

“A pending green card application does not give someone legal status to be in our country,” a DHS spokesperson said Tuesday. “The Trump administration is not going to ignore the rule of law.”

President Trump's long-term plan is an objective win for America, if we choose to use it and help him succeed. Removing noncitizens from the census, enforcing citizenship at the ballot, increasing scrutiny of literacy and ‘values’, ending birthright citizenship and redistricting the U.S. means effective ‘right-wing’ control for decades.

President Trump has set the stage to make elections valid again by pushing for the end of birthright citizenship, taking steps to restrict mail-in voting and redistrict away Democrat cells. The GOP has backed the move to exclude noncitizens from the census, SCOTUS has gutted the racial gerrymander of the Voting Rights Act, and the DOJ is suing multiple states over voter info & fraud.
