Tennessee is moving forward with more laws to turn the state into a deportations ally of President Trump.

South Carolina too has seen ICE arrests double, and from Feb 2025 to Feb 2026 the state went from 3 police agreements under the 287(g) program to 37, 10x+.

As of April 27, 2026 we have surpassed 1,740~ 287(g) agreements between ICE and state and local law enforcement. We ended March around 1580~ agreements. In April alone we have gained more ICE agreements than Bush, Obama and Biden had combined.
