North Sea Legacy
It took 5 adminstrations, spanning from 1894 to 1917, for America to finally pass an immigration bill with a sufficient literacy requirement and a travel ban.
As I have noted in my channel North Sea Legacy, it took the United States over 20 years to pass a single comprehensive immigration restriction bill, a long battle between 1894 to 1917 led by American heroes like Madison Grant and Prescott Hall. It took another 7 years to reach the massive 1924 immigration act.
President Trump is doing decades of work cutting immigration and cleaning up America's demographics within less than 10 years, without much adequate help from Congress or from SCOTUS.
