Hispanics & Asians make up the fastest growing, largest immigrating groups in the United States. President Trump successfully ending birthright citizenship would end the replacement-incentive for illegals, asylees, H-1Bs, refugees, visitors, tourists, students, and other migrants. This would prevent millions of foreign births from becoming stuck in America.

I will actually defend this pardon decision — Schwartz did not steal anything from anyone, he paid his employees lawfully. What this pardon addresses is his failure to properly pay the IRS the withheld taxes, meaning the profit stayed in his business and Schwartz broke the law.

This doesn't make Schwartz a good guy, nor is it a priority for Trump to help these people, he played chicken with the IRS, but he did not fraud a retiree or scam a worker; the government was 'hurt' and others were indirectly cut by the scheme.

Trump did not pardon Schwartz for the wrongdoing of personal enrichment, Schwartz paid his restitution and still accepts state penalties. So he was not given a pass on the collateral damage that did affect people.

A federal Appeals Court has put a hold on rulings that tried to stop Trump from his mandatory mass detention of several tens of thousands of non-citizens a day without bond, allowing the admin to continue denying their relief.

Over 70,000 migrants in California will be cut off from food benefits, thousands more affected by ripple, due to Trump's Big Beautiful Bill cutting down access.

Over 13,000 asylum seekers have been ordered deported to random countries recently, leaving them without an option to request a stay here and unlikely to receive relief or a chance to appeap.
