U.S. Catholic Bishops, representing hundreds of Catholic Bishops and priests in America, has filed a brief urging the Supreme Court to stop Trump from ending birthright citizenship. The massive Catholic conference says βGodβ gave migrants βhuman-dignityβ and their children deserve to have American citizenship if they are born here.
βAs Catholics, our faith compels us to protest laws that deny the dignity of humansβ, the bishops say.

Madison Grant compares the fall of Rome to the faults of America: grant citizenship to the descendants of imported inferiors who have no intent or capacity to maintain your country, and see the state become ruined.

Trump's visa processing and vetting regime is disrupting legal immigrant and nonimmigrant visa approval, renewals. This is bureaucratically blocking their entry in large and small volumes.

President Trump has consistently frustrated legal immigration with rules & restrictions, freezing entire parts of the immigration process this term.
If SCOTUS makes the wrong decision, the admin may stall SSN enumeration and suspend citizenship paths in protest until the issue is resolved or their argument is dissolved by better legislation.
In any case, legal battles such as this are exactly why our guys must fill opportunities in political roles, functional orgs, lawmaking and law enforcing positions to support federal efforts.

Mass Deportations aren't only off the street, deportations are booming in courts as well thanks to Trump.
San Francisco court deportation orders are at an historic high, 80% removed and the few dismissed tend to be detained. In the Carolinas court, removals are up 50% and in-court self-departure is up 4x. This is only two sample parts of the country.

President Trump: Vice President JD Vance, I think JDβis JD here? Oh, JD! He's lost weight. He got a little thinner. I'm looking for a heavy set gentleman and now I find a perfect looking specimen, you're doing a great job.

Hispanics & Asians make up the fastest growing, largest immigrating groups in the United States. President Trump successfully ending birthright citizenship would end the replacement-incentive for illegals, asylees, H-1Bs, refugees, visitors, tourists, students, and other migrants. This would prevent millions of foreign births from becoming stuck in America.

TRUMP PARDONED NURSING HOME OWNER JOSEPH SCHWARTZ JUST 3 MONTHS INTO HIS SENTENCE FOR A $39 MILLION FRAUD SCHEME
I will actually defend this pardon decision β Schwartz did not steal anything from anyone, he paid his employees lawfully. What this pardon addresses is his failure to properly pay the IRS the withheld taxes, meaning the profit stayed in his business and Schwartz broke the law.
This doesn't make Schwartz a good guy, nor is it a priority for Trump to help these people, he played chicken with the IRS, but he did not fraud a retiree or scam a worker; the government was 'hurt' and others were indirectly cut by the scheme.

'We would be creating an undocumented population of Asians out of thin air. ...
Many of the children would be born to parents from countries such as India and China who are in the United States on student or work visas. Under Mr. Trumpβs executive order, they would no longer be U.S. citizens. ... About half the people in the country on temporary student and work visas eventually obtain legal permanent residency, which puts them on the path to American citizenship. If birthright citizenship is eliminated, their children would have no such path.'

A second Court of Appeals has sided with President Trump, ICE and the DOJ on mass detaining a massive volume of migrants, making ICE 2-0 in the circuit.
A federal Appeals Court has put a hold on rulings that tried to stop Trump from his mandatory mass detention of several tens of thousands of non-citizens a day without bond, allowing the admin to continue denying their relief.
