Although courts have been a frustrating aspect of this term, recent data says the majority of Trump policies remain active and most cases against him end up dismissed or overruled. Trump largely wins in appeals or SCOTUS rulings to undo lower court interruptions.

Legally this is slowing us down but not stopping our progress. The DOJ has been performing very well.

YouGov poll shows President Trump with a 32% approval rating nearly matching his approval after January 6, 2021.
At least a quarter of the U.S. population identifies directly as MAGA, or about 31% of all White respondents to YouGov.

This is roughly near the share of Americans who can be called White, Hierarchical and Individualist Males, the most important people in the U.S.

Trump tells the world 1) Buy American Oil or 2) Go get the Oil yourself if it matters to you. Learn how to fight for yourself; America won't always do it for you.

A new executive order has been signed pursuant to President Trump's election integrity plan. This order directs the establishment of a detailed citizenship list in every state to log voter eligibility and identify non-citizens, and USPS will devise a strict and electronically tracked mail system to filter ballots. The DOJ, DHS and SSA will coordonate with state AGs and other federal authorities to enforce a verified citizenship protocol and punish states who fail to comply.

Today the United States Supreme Court hears arguments for President Trump's attempt to end birthright citizenship in America, and I am reminded of what lesson we learn from the Constitution itself: To Ourselves and Our Posterity is owed the blessings of this country.

A law which allows an influx of all kinds with ties of no kind to come here and become equal to Americans is no law Americans should keep. The very soul of the nation and structure of the country falls to this affront to common sense.

Ending this legal abomination would be the most consequential act a president has ever accomplished to spare future generations the suffering of a crowded diversity in a careless country.

Trump's lawyer says the order would focus on people born after it was signed, after 2025. Justice Sotomayor argues the order allows Trump or someone else to retroactively strip citizenship from U.S. citizens. We actually do want retroactive revocation of citizenship, but for the sake of argument it is true our 'current object' is prospective and needs expansion.

U.S. Catholic Bishops, representing hundreds of Catholic Bishops and priests in America, has filed a brief urging the Supreme Court to stop Trump from ending birthright citizenship. The massive Catholic conference says β€˜God’ gave migrants β€˜human-dignity’ and their children deserve to have American citizenship if they are born here.

β€˜As Catholics, our faith compels us to protest laws that deny the dignity of humans’, the bishops say.

Madison Grant compares the fall of Rome to the faults of America: grant citizenship to the descendants of imported inferiors who have no intent or capacity to maintain your country, and see the state become ruined.
