This program has existed since 1996, yet it wasn't until 2025 anyone truly began to use it. From 140 to 1,400 in 1 year, and we are now nearing 1,600 agreements. Mass Deportations are made of these infrastructure and network changes.

Tennessee House Republicans rapidly passed a bill to turn Immigration Action into a confidential procedure, protecting the identities of ICE agents and details of DHS operations. Officials who expose details without permission would be punished if this becomes state law.

ICE now has over 42,000 migrants wearing ankle monitors, in addition to over 70,000 migrants in detention and many others under police surveillance.

A new rule has hit the federal register to push up the prevailing wages paid to H-1B visas. This proposal would cut into the level I and level II H-1B recipients, the largest share of H-1Bs, which may end up cutting a quarter or more out of the U.S.

In other words cheap H-1Bs will be even less common than before.
