U.S. State Dept is increasing scrutiny of the online activity and presence of H-1B, F-1, J and other legal foreigners, including of their immediate family, for recurring screening. Conduct violations can include leftist views, anti-American, anti-Christian or sentiments and stated values considered undesirable.

USCIS is shortening the max validity period of most migrant statuses; that is to include refugees, H-1Bs, asylees, TPS, spouses, and other legal migration types which have an extension option. The period is cut shorter, meaning aliens will have to renew and be reviewed by USCIS more frequently.

Rep. Chip Roy shares an article calling for President Trump to institute a travel ban on Mexico, India and China as the top worst contributors to migration and replacement.

Given their steep ties into our economy it may be unfeasible to unilaterally and totally ban all movement between us and them, but pushing to reduce them now means pursuing a ban on their family migration, visa access and ability to get green cards.

A group of Congressmembers have sent a letter to Stephen Miller and Kristi Noem signaling their support to terminate OPT, a program that allows foreign students to become H-1Bs. 23 Congressmen in total are pushing to end this 30 yr old loophole.
